TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service and are obligated to follow them.- I reserve the right to reject any commission that I am not comfortable drawing for any reason.- A small credit/watermark of mine will be placed on the artwork.- I work in my own art style. Please do not request me to imitate or copy another artist’s style. ;v;- All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless commercial usage is purchased.- If the commission is requested not be shared publicly, it must be agreed upon before work begins. I reserve the right to display the artwork in my portfolio or social media unless a prior agreement is made.

WILL DO / WON'T DO

Will draw:
- Girls
- Cute themes
- Original characters (OC)
- FanartWill not draw:
- Muscular characters
- Anthro / furry
- Mecha
- Other subjects outside my comfort zone

PAYMENTS

- Work will only begin after 50% upfront payment or full payment is received.- Prices are determined based on the complexity of the artwork.- Commercial usage requires an additional fee of 2× the base price.

REVISIONS

- You may request up to 3 revisions at the sketch stage. A fee of $10 will be charged for the 4th revision onwards.- Changes requested after the final artwork is completed will incur additional fees, unless the mistake was caused by me.- If references provided are unclear or incomplete, any revisions required later will be charged.
Please ensure your request and references are clear before I start.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

- Turnaround time is usually 5–10 days, depending on complexity.- Any delays caused on my side will be communicated in advance.- I will inform you once I start working on your commission.- The artwork will proceed step by step (sketch → lineart → final). I will only move on to the next stage after receiving confirmation* for the current stage.- Any changes requested after a stage has been approved may incur additional fees.- Late responses from the client will automatically extend the deadline. I will not be responsible for missed delivery dates caused by delayed confirmations.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS

- No refunds will be provided once work has started.- I reserve the right to cancel the order at any time if the Terms of Service are breached.- I reserve the right to cancel the order if payment has not been received.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

- I retain full rights to the artwork and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed.- I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork on my social media platforms and use it in my portfolio and for self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed in advance.- Use of the artwork for AI training or machine learning is strictly prohibited.- Commercial rights or extended usage may be purchased separately at any time.- You may not edit, reproduce, or use the artwork for commercial purposes, including making money from it, without permission.- You may post the artwork on social media only with proper credit to me.
